In my opinion, for point 2 & 3, for whatever reason if court or any other legal body has provided a legal document mentioning the parental responsibility for either dad or mum.

ILR--> gerenal Parliament Voting right

Hi, I am an Indian national holding UK ILR. I had received the Voting card for the June 8th General Parliament election. I called the Electoral Office to confirm if I can vote. The lady unconvincingly responded that I can. I am still not sure if I am eligible. Any advice on my eligibility to Vote. r...

Re: ILR - T2 General - English Language Certificate

Hi anub2016,
I got a Medium of Instruction letter from my university in India, on the University letter head with all my details and registrar signature but without the Registrar stamp.
It was accepted by NARIC and they issued me the NARIC certificates.

Re: British Passport for Child born in UK.

I believe, when you apply for Naturalisation at the NCS, they take copy of all your documents and return the originals including the passport. It should be ok for you to travel with your (child) current passport.

Experts, please confirm.

Hi Members,
Although the HMRC CC explained the reason for no Tax return visible for the year 2013, I did not understand :shock:
I received the 5 year Tax history from HMRC and it contained all the tax return as per the P60s.
