@dan1988uk, thank you.
Yes that is an option, just wondering if it adds any confusion but if there is no other way I would probably do the same.

Re: NARIC English Language verification

I cannot comment on your question but NARIC only requires a copy of original degree for assessment along with transcripts and medium of instruction letter. You said original degree is lost, you probably have atleast a copy of it? You can simply scan the xerox copy and upload it for assessment.

Re: Salary not sent to Bank, how to Prove?

Why cash, why not a cheque? Don't think any employer gives cash. Cheque is common for initial month as it takes time setup accounts etc but 3 months is a long time. Ask your employer to provide a letter that first 3 months salary paid in cash, I think it creates unnecessary doubts if not clearly exp...

Re: Working period or Payslip dates to be mentioned in form?

Are you working as a contractor? Afaik, it is not an issue, payment date can be later than the actual working period and it is quite common in case of contractors where depending on timesheet filing and approval, payment may happen at a later date. Eg When the money is transferred to your account on...

Residency requirements question

Apologies if this is not the correct forum/section. I am on ILR and my question is related to the residency requirement to keep ILR status active. I understand if you are away for more than 2 years then you may lose ILR status, even short trip (couple of weeks) may not help as it is up to the immigr...

Re: Spouse visa - BRP not arrived yet

We collected BRP.
It looks like the trigger to print and dispatch BRP is when you enter UK and clear immigration which makes sense, so even though the decision letter says that your card will be available for collection from xx-xx-xxxx date, it is not completely true.
