Re: Apply for Citizenship

Yes, I have checked this and it does show ESOL Entry 2.

However, it does not mention the awarding body although the test done is on the ofqual register.

should i need to worry or not and go ahead with citizenship application?

I am in need of some help in applying for ILR for my Grandfather in Pakistan who is over the age of 65. What supporting evidence do I need to provide and because recently he has been refused a Visit Visa will this affect the ILR application?

Hi,

I am in need of some help!

I cannot seem to track my application online. This was submitted in Mirpur and reference number is 0102/90/72. Is there anything else I need input before or after the reference?

I appreciate your help.

This is a joint claim and we do live together but I did not want child/working tax credit to be in her name because of "no recourse to public funds" so I dont understand how this is benefit fraud?

Hi,

I did put my wife's name down on the application so I am guessing they took this as a joint claim because my wife did not have a NI number and HMRC only processed application till she got this which took quite a while.

Hey Riff or anyone who can help!

If a visitor visa is rejected, how soon after can you re-submit a new application. Can it be done straight away or do you have to wait some time.

Thanks
