i did recounted my number of days absence excluding (leaving and returning date ). Total days absence in last 12 months 91 days. What would be senior advice for applying citizenship please?

But in the guidance form it says 6(1) and 6(2) only. Please see the attached screenshot from guidance notes.

ILR or Child registration or Naturalization for child under 18

Dear forum members

I received ILR Jan2019. my daughter born abroad in 2006 and she came in the UK july 2009. Her 10 years already been completed July-2019. Currently her visa till Aug 2021. Can I register her under 18 as British citizen or do i have to apply for her ILR first?

Reason of ILR refusal. I forgot to send my personal bank statement along with ILR application. That's the only refusal throughout my immigration history.

Application sent by post special delievery : 4th March 2019
Home office received application 5th March 2019
Home office has not deducted fees yet. bit worried as its over 2 weeks now

Home office takes 322(5) very seriously. If your ILr refused on the basis of 322(5) then ILr (LR) will be refused as well.
