Re: Child benefit-Tax credits EEA PR application

It's not actually necessary to complete that section at all. To make your life easier (as you are both EEA citizens), have a look at this form instead: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/12881670/eea3_simple_v2.pdf Since 18th March 2016, there is a new form: https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s...

Re: PR for a NON-EEA spouse of EU National

Is wife applying in own right? As a BC you can't sponsor her anymore except in special circumstances. We apply using my EU citizenship, as I'm also EU citizen and that's how she was allowed to enter the country as NON-EEA national. I'm her sponsor for the purpose of PR application. The devil is in ...

PR for a NON-EEA spouse of EU National

Hi There I'm EU national (got naturalised 2 years ago but still hold my EU nationality). My wife needs to apply next week for PR after living in the UK 5 years (she originally got the EEA Family permit). The form is long and tedious as many of you know (85 pages), and there is a requirement there to...

Congrats to everyone who got theirs back so far. I've applied on 3rd December and still haven't got mine. Strangely enough there are applications which were made 2 weeks after mine and already got approval.

Re: Does a PR for an EEA national speed things up for BC?

It does seems to speed things up for applications, considering many who applied without PR still didn't get their citizenship approved yet. I personally applied over a month ago (with PR) and still haven't got mine back, although there people who applied on the same day as me and already got their a...

You could have googled the List of acceptable referees: https://www.gov.im/media/624353/listofreferees.pdf

You can't use both of them since they are related.

Re: June 2014 - Naturalisation Application Timeline

Strange to see the waiting times of some people here, while people who applied in Mid-October already got their approval.

The only explanation that can be is that there might be some nationalities which are being discriminated, and they delay processing their applications.
