I am in a similar position as kundalak.My tier 1 visa starts from April 22 09 to Apr22 12.Now that with new rules coming in place from April 1st will it affect when I enter UK in MAY.I do have MASTER's degree and earn more than 20,000 GBP equivalent. I had applied on Feb 4th ,until feb 18th morning the status showed as App fwed to BHC.In the afternoon it changed to app processed.delivered to Blue dart.Hence we never know what exactly the line "Application fwded to BHC" means.It can be in case worker's table or waiting in queue.Hence be patient a...
