Changing name on Passport and BRP

Hi there, I'm currently awaiting the approval of my extension of my Tier 2 employer sponsored visa. I've recently divorced my husband and on the divorce papers had listed a change of my surname. Employer Sponsored Tier 2 apply for baby now or in 2 years?

Exciting news I'm having a baby. Not so exciting news it looks like the independant application for the baby's dependant visa would be £500. Is it acceptable to wait until 2013 when I'll be reapplying for FLTR under a work visa to apply for the baby's thus saving a bit of money as it will be submit...

Yes you would need to apply. Best bet is to do an appointment application where you can get an approval same day. It is much more expensive than a regular application.

Switching Job Titles under Employer Sponsored

I've been with the same company BBC since I was on a student visa (but after I'd completed studies) I then moved on to a PSW visa and then hoped to move to Tier 2 Employer Sponsored. But because somewhere in the last year I was promoted after intercompany interviews that's considered a new job. So I...

Mine is given in a lump sum once a year. Does your ...
