TB tests are valid for 6 months. If it expires while UK spouse visa application is in process, does applicant need another test before travelling in? Do they ask for a valid test report at airport?

I heard that there is some new developments in spouse visa financial requirements that if someone does not have the minimum £18600 income, some family member's financial support can count towards meeting this requirement.
