Re: Cooling off period for family visitor visa

Hi,

My mom has got 2 year long term visitor visa valid till Feb 2017. She came to UK in March and would be going back in September 2015. So does that mean she can visit us in March 2016??? Or can she come a bit early like in Jan or Feb.

Thanks,
Regards,
Kiru

Re: Regarding Permanent visa for spouse

Thanks for the reply,
Yeah but she was in India for more than 6 months from April 2011 - Jan 2012, so we could not consider for ILR at that time.

Cant she apply for naturalisation as I am a BC and she has stayed for more than 2 years in FLR visa?

Deficiency of 2 months would it be a problem for ILR????

Hi,

I have got my HSMP(currently Tier-1) visa dated 09/03/2007 but I landed in UK on 22/05/2007. There is a gap of 2 months 13 days so wanted to know if I still can apply for ILR in 2012 or should I apply for my second extension.

Thanks,
Regards,
Kiran.
