Correction

Under Facts it should read
Have both EEA resident card and EEA permanent resident card as well as EU SS.

Not sure how my original text was warped into Surrinder Singh.

Re: Visitor visa - Dilemma with sponsor letter EEA national

Cheers for the advise. That was also what I was kind of thinking but was a bit unsure it it was resonable to expect a fair application case working.

The thing about having a child I must admit I found the first 12 years plesant and the remaining less so :-)

Many thanks

Re: How Do I Renew EEA Route Residence Card Once in UK?

Hiya, You need to define what "looking after" means. The rule is you should have been in renumerated employment and in my world "looking after" does not sounds as you have been recieving salery or can prove you have been employed with pay slips. How long time is up for debate as UK previously reques...

Re: A never ending journey - REFUSED!!

Hi, Correct me if I have got the wrong end of the stick; did UKBA not claim there were no proof that your spouse is resident/present in the UK? If so I can't see that your dental or GP appointments is going to shed any light as to whether or not your spouse is in the UK. I think you should focus on ...

EEA1 is not a form of ID. It should be a passport or national ID although one can argue that if a Registration Certificate has been issued then the HO should already have the ID on file. . Are you a naturalised Brit? Else you are not entitled voting as it is not an EU or local government referendum but a British opt in/out referendum.
