Its very difficult to make out exactly what we can appeal on based on teh decision letter. It seems they ran out of ink on their printer when printing the decision notice.

Why do you say there is no appeal for visitors. Becuase on the decision notice it does say he has right of appeal.

Just for everyones information, having spoken to the same people that supplied my last request for a home report, they have confirmed that these are valid for 1 year provided you are still at the same residence. So looks i'm all good to go ahead with the original documents.

Well it certainly wasn't cheap, £150....

But i think they have the document stored on their PC so i may be able to get them to just change the date of the letter for like £10 or something.
I will speak to an immigration lawyer and see what they think.

i tried the council and thy said they don't this service anymore.
If it is ok to do it myself i will do so and save myself some money. The thing is my spouse is coming from bangladesh and i'm not sure if the visa office there will accept home photographs.
