Sending BRP with family Set(O)

Hi, Does someone already on ILR needs to send his BRP and passport with his dependants(T1G Dependants) application. He got his ILR through Tier 1 General route? I remember, that for SET(M) applications, the person who's family is applying for settlement does not needs to send their British Passports...

Re: Any recommended agents for PEO appointments?

For straight forward cases, Liverpool will be as good as other offices. However, when it comes to self employment or anything that may calls for further checks, most of the time Liverpool send those for it. The purpose of paying premium fees finishes as it might take 2 to 3 months to get a decision....

Re: Any recommended agents for PEO appointments?

It would be rather best to book your own appointment. The process is dead simple. Since home office started collecting the complete fees, there are tons of appointments available. Choose a centre near you. I will, like many others, will not advise booking appointment at Liverpool.

Re: ILR new 180 day rule

Well you have to take/send both of your passports that are in use during the qualifying period. I remember, when the list of absences along with proof was given to case worker and told him that every single entry/exit is listed. The case worker nodded her head and said,"We will check every stamp per...

To be honest, I think that this Statement of Intend is still in a very crude form. Still needs bit more brushing up by Home Office. Just wait for few more weeks or may be a month or so, then once they are about to implement the rules at ILR and Naturalization, then it will be much clearer. I am wait...

Old Passports and documents lost

If anyone lost his/her passports and do not have any copy or record of his/her entry exit record. How can he/she prove about his/her entry exit once applying for ILR?

Mind it that the person in question is a Tier 1 General Migrant and use to be a frequest flyer.

This is exactly, what I have told you. Stay calm and everything will be sorted. Just pray they don't change the process/rules at the very last minute. You are just over the 3-month entry concession . Option 1. You may apply by registered post for an extension shortly before leave expires. It's possi...

I think the advice given by cs95tdg is best and must be considered at the time of taking any decision. You are lucky that home office is taking six month while deciding postal applications. Otherwise, you might have to go for Tier 1 Entension and then ILR or may be tricky process of Variation of Lea...
