Hi I think you will not have problems, just make sure you make payment into your account today and the end of the day balance is more than 800. If your application is rejected you are likey to win the appeal, since the shortfall is not up to 24hrs This is quite wrong. It has been made clear from th...

Your case is pretty straightforward. I've seen it happen a couple of times. The only reason you were refused was because your statements were more than 30 days old. Go for the oral appeal because it gives you the opportunity to speak for yourself infront of the Immigration judge. Submit your most re...

Re: Date of award of qualification?

Hello guys! I want to ask a question. My question is , the letter of award of degree isssued by my university mentions Date of awards of degree: 1 Nov 2008. While the appendix 4 for PSW application clearly says "You must make the application for entry clearance within 12 months of obtaining releven...

Just re-apply again with the right documents and up-to-date bank statements and you'll be OK. Just don't forget to mention the first refusal when you're filling in the new form

The example letter given by RAJ is a much better one than the one you were given. Refusals are certain ...

ammeck is right. The letter has to contain the exact date of award, together with the other things listed. It would be a shame to get a refusal over a 'minor' missing piece of information which would happen if you use this letter. Please get another letter that contains ALL the required information ...

Hi, guys. I've searched through the forum but found few threads on this topic. The question I have is this: There is a requirement (Part 3 of the Self-Assessment Appendix "Institution") to provide an original letter from an academic institution confirming that it is a "recognised or listed body" or...

"Date of Award" means the date the visa was awarded, not when your degree was awarded. And you will only get 2 years, even if you have some time remaining on your IGS, as it is a different visa class and so counted as a "new" application, and not an "extension", even though for all intents and purp...
