I have a similar experience..After I made the payment over the phone..2 days later I made a call to check the status.. The status that time was " under consideration and decision to be taken" then called again a week later status was " awaiting to be allocated to a case worker" called 2 more times s...

I also made the payment over the phone as Nazia and its still in the queue to be picked up...Made the payment on 22-June.

Getting frustrating now..hope the approval will come soon

I am due for citizenship in 9 months time and am planning a long trip to India..is there a limit to the number of days spent outside the UK on vacations etc while considering British Citizenship like there is the 3 months rule for ILR..
