there is no harm in mentioning this. as you already spent the conviction it is better if you declare it in the application. they are not going to declare an application for this. a collegue of mine was in a similar situation and got ilr without any issues

they dont look at your WP documents as UKBIA already have the details in their systems. when i went for my ILR, i asked if i need to give them and they said WP docs are not required

generally they dont look at WP as they have all details in their system. guys

it is very highly unlikley that machines go wrong but if possible carry cash as well as safe side. also if you have one or two cards take them along. in my case i had filled in one card details but paid with another one as cashier told it doesnt matter how you pay
