My PEO is solihull Could some one explain how this PEO office is??? This is a small PEO office, you would get face to face discussion with CW and only need to provide documents asked for. Very friendly and nice environment. Section 6.1 - Actual date of entry and Not EC 7.11 Total time from entry to ...

Sure, will do.

He has appointment in Cardiff so probably you would get two different PEO experience for this question, though for Solihull
one was not practical than just theory.

Best of luck for your application.

With respect to rules, you shouldn't as you only need to score required points: 75. But recently I have seen a post here for Solihull PEO where someone mentioned that a senior CW was consulted as he had higher salary in extension than in ILR but has band for same (max points 45 in last time as well ...

Hi, You have to mention what type of leave you have (Tier 1, 2 OR WP and what was your first entry clearance date? There have been two posts about experiences of PEO appointment recently (14 - 20 May) where it was mentioned that less income than it was in extension caused some queries from CW but as...

What category you are applying under for your ILR? Tier 1 , Tier 2 or work permit or HSMP JR It's related to your current visa. For example if you are going to apply in Tier 1 and you are employed (salaried) then you do need a letter from your current and previous employers to mentioned that for hol...

Answer would be 'July 2008' The first time entry (Sep 2004) one was as student so not relevant. Key point in that question is: "beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based" If your application is for Tier 1 ILR then it will be date when your application for switching to that c...

1. You can apply early and date of application will be start of your next leave /extension. As you said, it should not be an issue as you will still get enough days for the shortfall. But you do need a good reason (see 2nd option). 2. Depending on some other threads, one of good reason for early ext...

TIER-1 DEPENDENT CHILD MAINTANCE POLICY GUIDANCE ISSUE

unfortunately it would be £2100. If Main applicant is in UK for more then 12 months then £600 for each dependent + his own £900. So for your case it would be £900 + 600 + 600. A firend of mine is applying for his new born in two weeks and that's what he is maintining after confirming from UKBA. http...
