I am celebrating 100 day anniversary of my application today. I have lodged an official complain today. Though I know it will not have any affect in speeding up the application. I am very desperate now and I am sending them fax daily.

It seems UKBA is hesitant to award Tier-1 visa to those who are switching from student.
My case is also pending for 13 weeks. Even my employer in Pakistan has not been contacted for verification. I got a verification from employer myself and sent it to UKBA last week.
Rohiths, I just checked again my case and it was changed to under consideration from having been awaiting further consideration for a week.
