I'm getting child tax credit and child benefit only.....HM not give me working tax credit due to I had 23k in 2013-2014.
In 2014-2015 is 12k no bonus... working 34hrs a weeks now.

Hi ,

I own a house and have low income i.e 12K
My wife does not work and I have child under 6 years.

Can I apply for Housing benefits, if i'm paying mortgage ???
