to basia, hi there, I got a letter from HO asking for pay slips etc. send them 16th of march sofar no reply. how long it takes after submitting the documents? in ur case? or in any ones?? thankx Hi, they received ours documents 9th of march ( i sent by the next day delivery ) and we got RC 16th of ...

hi, i think things getting better. Everything exactly as in case my husband. Dont worry u will receive soon d next letter from HO. And finally RC. I know it cost a lot of stress. I just regreted that we didnt complain when passed 6 months. But finally we have RC. Good luck to u ....i hope soon u wil...

when my husband sent complain it the next 3 weeks he get residence card.

They suppose sent to u letter with ask about new documents...payslip, bank statements....etc.


If u complain more than 3 weeks ago and nothing happen than repeat.

HI Hi Basia, I applied for eea2 on 7th july 2008 and been waiting almost 7 months and tow weeks. yesterday I wrote an email to the same address. and they replied me 2day that my comlain was passed to the relevent case worker and He will contact me directaly soon. lets see how soon :shock: have u go...

HI i applied for eea2 in April 08 and received COA in April 28, 2008. Up till date i have not heard from HO. Anytime i called same response. please anyone in my shoes. MY husband sent EEA2 in May 08. Because we couldnt get any information whats going on last week he sent complain to HO in Liverpool....
