No it doesn't mean you need to email the parliamentary ombudsman when you get the further enquiries letter. It just speeds things up for you and gets a faster response than the MP. Make sure you explain your case and if you have urgent travel plans or whatever case state in the email. They will cha...

so did staff ask you all documents or you hand them all your documents and surprise they said wait for the call. no PEO do call and tell you to come back...
