Thanks for the reply.

Exactly this is the point. the rule says 31 days, but the letter he received says 28 days. i am sure this is the mistake on UKBA side unless they have solid proof why they claim it is more than 28 days

Hi

I dont have the P60 for the last year as I was not working. While I am applying for ILR, can I apply only with 3 months payslip and bank statement ? I have the previous 4 years P60 and all the other docs ?
