We spoke to the BIA and they said, once the application is received by them and we have received the reference number, we can send in written that we like to withdraw the application. Cant stop the payments because we sent them postal orders. :( So have lost the fee anywa...

Yes we did enquire a few days before, they said that they recommend applying not before 28 days earlier. But still we did because they did not say that we cannot apply more than 28 day in advance. But after having spoken to them today , I am confident that the new rules will not apply for current hs...
