yes, I have received a letter which is dated same as the ILR stamped date on the passport. In my case it was on 8th september.

Are last 3 month payslips enough as proof of income when applying for ILR as a Tier 2 migrant.

u will have to show 533+533 for both of ur dependents and 800 for urself.
12 months period is considered for the main applicant and not for the dependents whether they apply for VISA in UK or outside UK.
