Hi, I got my ILR on 15th October as a Tier 1 general migrant after 5 years. My wife is currently on Tier 1 dependent visa(less than 2 years) and her VISA is expiring soon. If I have to extend her VISA, which form should I use. 1) FLR(M) or 2) PBS dependent. The reason I ask is, the rules have change...

British pasport for a child born in UK after MN1Resistration

Hi All,

What is the next step to apply for a British passport after registering the child under MN1 form. Can some one point me to the link or let me know the ways to apply for British passport.
I am under ILR and my child is born in UK before i got ILR status.

yes, I have received a letter which is dated same as the ILR stamped date on the passport. In my case it was on 8th september.

My case is pretty straight forward with 1yr WP +2 yrs HSMP + 2yrs Tier 1

u will have to show 533+533 for both of ur dependents and 800 for urself.
12 months period is considered for the main applicant and not for the dependents whether they apply for VISA in UK or outside UK.

The £750 fee for Tier1(General) is untill 5th April 2009 or 31st March 2009.
