Passport validity for ILR?

Hi dear members,

I am due to apply for my ILR and I have a simple question here.

My Pakistani passport is expiring in December 2015. Should I be fine to applied ILR or it should have at least 6 months validity??

Please let me know.

Kind regards,

But as my application is refused I came to know the law is been modified in Dec 2012. Can you please give me answer to my ques...
