Re: Question 5.5 0n form set (o) and company Directors.

I dont think that you would need to answer this question at all.

This question is only applicable to work permit holders, Tier 2, etc.

Section 9A Tier General migrants would be applicable in your case.

Proof of earnings

Hello everybody! I would appreciate your comments regarding the following. The followings are based on the fact that I am the director and also 25% shareholder of a company. Therefore I have acknowledged that I am an employee of the company. 1- Payslips (general format) and a cover letter confirming...

if there is no chance to convince the employer she can withdraw her application immediately. Although her money would be wasted, her application will not be refused.

This is just my opinion and I am not an expert.

Actually I am very surprised to hear that in person applications can also take up to 14 weeks! It can be quicker to leave the country and make an application in our own countries. I hope it does not take that long for someone who has paid a premium and therefore expecting to receive a quick service....

You should be able to apply for the premium service. However based on the experiences discussed in this forum the majority are not decided on the same day but within about 4 weeks. You should also consider that it is now near the Christmas and if it is not decided on the same day it may take longer....

Well it seems you have got more than enough. According to the requirements on the UKBA website for your dependants you should provide 3 month bank statements (not more than one month old on the day of submitting the application) for proof of maintenance. Please check the amount as it varies accordin...

As suggested for applications made in the UK the cap will not be applicable.

However you should check the Tier 1 General requirements at the time of making your application. They tend to make changes frequently.

Hello!

Once my visa application was initially refused but allowed under appeal. In regard to future applications, does this need to be mentioned every time?

Thank you

It seems it is one of the most ambiguous things! Perhaps it should depends on other factors too when considering someone has made the UK their home for ILR purposes. It may make the life difficult for a lot of people if they cannot travel freely abroad. There are many people who have maintained thei...

Well. As the others have said it is necessary to provide the tribunal with evidence that the appellant had possessed £800 prior to the date of application.

If this right is withdrawn from the potential appellants, then presumably there would not be any meaningful appeal right.

Dear SH

I am sorry to hear this. You can stay legally in the UK as long as you are waiting to get the reconsideration decision. Hopefully you will win but otherwise you will have 28 days to leave the UK. In this case you will need to show the court letter at the airport.

Dear ar_umt I am sorry to hear it. But unfortunately the AIT judges can only consider the evidence appertaining at the time of decision. If you have any other account in the UK or in overseas when put together can make up £800 for the period when you first sent the forms, then you will a good chanc...

I believe you will have a good chance to win your appeal. It is necessary to provide the tribunal with bank statements covering the whole period, ie. from the first time you sent the forms until recently. By doing so you will prove that you have had the required money all the time according to the g...
