I applied SET (O ) 5 years WP with same employer application posted on 23 of sept money deducted on 28 of sept and got ack letter on 28 as well. Still waiting to get my passport now.

If u r genuine student u don't have to worry about immigration officer at heathrow airport. Pls allow to worry the fake ones.

you need to make sure to get ur bank statement on time as well. U got only 3days 27 to 30 of May. So u need to order ur statement in advance. The bank takes at least 7-10 working days to get the statement.

I have been refused my tier 1 psw as 2 month bank statement only. Can I win my appeal process? The second one is if i lost my appeal can i rea pply from my home country?
