Re: Form AN1 and LIUK Test

Hi Wanderer,

I am due to apply for naturalisation shortly and I am afraid I am in a same position as you were where no LIUK test pass letter was returned on my ILR application last year.

How did you go about this? I would be grateful if you could share your experience here.

Thanks
Binod

Re: ILR Journey - Croydon PEO - 20th June 2014

Dear Zia, Glad to hear about your ILR success. I thought you would be able to help me on SET (O) questions 6.1 and 7.11. 6.1 - I presume it has to be the date you arrived in the UK. Which date did you put in ? 7.11 - Do we count from the EC date or the UK Entry date? (Applicant did arrive in the UK ...

Re: ILR SET(O) + PBS dependent success at Croydon

Dear Yogeshvaman, I hope you are enjoying your ILR. Since I am in exactly the same position as yours, (ILR for myself and PBS Dependent Extension for my wife), we are planning to do PEO applications same day, different times, I thought you would be able to help us. Could you please let me know what ...

More senior members comment would be helpful re list of documents, as I am no expert on this, and thanks for clarifying the residential requirement issue.

Re: ILR Tier 1 G Appointment, please can you check my docs

But would you have completed 5 years by the end of your visa expiry date ?

Please correct me if I am wrong but you will be short by few weeks if we consider 27.07.2009 - 09.07.2014 as 5 years?

Eligible date

Tier 1 General Entry clearance: 31 August 2009
UK entered within 90 days of EC date.
Leave to Remain expiry date: 31 August 2014

Would you please confirm the eligibility DATE for ILR application?
(I am aware of 28 days prior to expiry date)

Thank you

Re: Life In UK Test/English Language Requirement

Would the degree certificate be suffice or a UK NARIC comparability letter would require too?

Same situation here, I have a bachelor degree, researched in English, from the Oxford Brookes University.

Thank you.

I presume there is no time limit for PBS Dependent Extension application, as long as it is done before the current leave expires.

Hi all, I am due to apply for ILR from Tier 1 G, this August. My wife is on PBS Dependent visa, expiring on same date as mine. On what date would you suggest to apply her PBS Dependent extension? Same date as my ILR application or few days after that? If it is on same date as the ILR application, is...

Which way/form would be the best to apply to extend my wife's leave to remain whilst my application for ILR is under consideration, as she is still not eligible for ILR yet?

Dear fellow members,

What evidence would you submit for unpaid leave outside the UK? The applicant holds Tier 1 General Leave to Remain.

Thanks in advance
