Hi Arnav Tier2 should be fine. I don't think it will matter much which option you choose either tier1 or tier2 should be fine. For example I was on Tier1 general visa & my wife was dependent. Does this mean if I omit my November pay from my previous earnings then every thing is good.

Even though after removing my November payslip I will get the required points.
