Hi it will be very questionable if they denied citizenship to someone solely on the fact the he/she has claimed unemployment. If this is the case in the requirement list should state:
NO unemployment claimed during your residence in Ireland

if this happened in the past might be due to other reasons

I cannot understand what the callcentre at inis is for, they dont give u any information, they tell u something, u ring back again and another person tells u a a completely different thing, they don't want u to ring, what is this call centre created for can somebody explain???
