Re: EEA (PR) Non EU , January 2016 Applicants ?

Any more news today? Final update in my case. Received decision letter today together with all my documents (didn't send any special envelope). The letter doesn't state when I acquired the PR status. It does state when their decision was made and this was on July 13th. How do I know when I can apply...

I have an italian friend who recently got citizenship and passport and she had to do both, english and uk life test so with that in mind, I guess as a non-EEA I considered a fact that I had to do it too.
Maybe the eeu law gurus here can provide some official info? :D

Re: Application for PR or PR card: form EEA (PR) - UpToDate

Thanks for the reply Bumble. I have waited 6 months already, I guess I can wait another 2 weeks :) Regarding my last question, what really happens with family members (Non EEA NAtionals) of EEA Nationals who are refused permanent residence? Do they lose their right to stay in UK as a family member? ...

Re: Application for PR or PR card: form EEA (PR) - UpToDate

For EEA citizens it's a vignette that is just stuck on a piece of card and it looks like this: https://farm1.staticflickr.com/706/21077957928_31febd8b53.jpg . For non-EEA citizens it is a biometric card which looks like this: http://www.mzv.cz/public/f6/a3/b1/1584260_1362370__2015_Residence_Card_of...

Re: Application for PR or PR card: form EEA (PR) - UpToDate

Hi, just a quick question. When you asked for your passports back, did you have in the letter that came with it a line saying "do not send your documents back to the home office unless requested"? I have that line in my letter and I'm a bit confused. I needed my passport in order to get my new born ...

Re: ILR application - When is the 5 year period completed?

Hi Vinny, Thank you for your answer. I guess I can apply straight away and there is no need for me to wait until my actual EEA2 residence card expires, is that correct? Just asking because I read here someone mentioned that it is not possible to apply until 28 days before the expiry date of your cur...
