Thanks for the wishes.

The duration of the contract is 6 months.
Visa expiry data is June 2012.
Pls correct me if am wrong, I guess we need to be earning 40,000 or above an year to be eligible for the extension.

Well i got friends in the company, and they will just say that it was a fixed term contract and it never got extended, if they call them for reference.

So, i guess i can put that experience in my CV.

Still looking for a contract, guess will make it sooon.

Hey Patil,

dont worry, your VISA is nice and good, no worries on that.

And Home office will not send any letter or anything.
All you need for your travel is ur VISA and its stamped on ur passport.
So, enjoy and pack you bags for UK man ... :D

Without affecting my ILR, how many days at a stretch i can be out of the UK.
Read somewhere that it is 90 days, but not sure.
