hi, its a basic medical but i think u should keep ur chest Xray handy at the immigiration counter. Even if u dont carry ur medical dont worry u can get it done at the airport ( heathrow has that facility for sure) but the queue is long sometimes. along with X-ray do i need to carry bled, bp, sugar ...
