I think we should all complain about the experience we had with the UK visa service. I have already made two complaints to the Home Office. go to http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/en/aboutus/enquiries/complaints and fill out the complaint registration form and send it to the address mentioned on the website...

for those who have been told by UKBA/UKHUB that a decision has been made on their/their wife's case. It happened to me as well. A decision means a decision for them to submit their passport not issue or refuse the visa. so for avoidance of doubt, when u r told that a decision has been made, it means...
