Hi Naeem.
Did you get the first five years EU residence, or you are just applying for retained right without first applying for the EU first five years.

Re: British Passport application processing timelines (only)

I just want to clarify if d33mee sent his form to Liverpool or Belfast, because even if you applied online, You have to send the declaration form to one of their offices.

Re: Student to Naturalisation Application

Do a subject access request to HTC and see what you can find. I believed students are allowed to work full time during holiday period.

Re: Student to Naturalisation Application

No. They will not find out. All you need is to get employment history from hmrc to cover the years. If they happen to call you for interview, you let them know your pay rate is high and your hours is 20 hours. But they will not find out. Just make sure everything else is okay.

Re: Very Urgent please!!!Notice of fine and collection order

I am sure Home Office will not find out if you don't declare it. First the fine happened not the last 3 years. Second, that will not be on the Police National Computer. Also since you paid it will not be registered on Registry of Fine Order and Judgement ( trustonline ). Lastly there is no national ...

Re: EEA4 refused - lack of proof of exercising treaty rights

I received advice from solvit regarding this. Basically, they say as a direct family member which was clearly laid down in the EU directive - spouse, children and parents - there is automatic rights to reside in host member state and that the dependant can be independent later and take up employment...
