Hi,

So, did you apply for a replacement passport? I think UKBA will need to see proof of your Absence for last 3 years!!

Unfortunately its not possible and I believe they won't give you any clue for not releasing appointments over the phone. An estate basically comprises of all your possessions. This could be money, shares, personal property and land and any other assets.
