If a person stays out of UK for more than six months for medical reasons for him or his spouse after he got the tier 1 visa and then continued to stay there in 4.6 years or so;
would it affect his ILR/permanent residence process?
Would HO consider such petition for PR/ILR process?

I too have 7 yrs of mainframes exp and currently in India seraching jobs thru reed and CWjobs. Hows the minframe job market?? I got my tier 1 in April and am worried that no ooportunity has opened up yet. Is it wise to travel sometime in oct in serach for the job ???

"Your Passport is ready for collection;please visit the UK visa application Centre where you submitted your visa application to collect the same". Can someone rcvd info like this...
