YES I entered UK in December 2004 as a student Nurse and got my work permit in August 2005 so thats mean i will be illigible to apply ILR this year if the 4 years rule accepted again.

ILR for Work Permit Holder

Hi, i intered in UK on student visa and then later on i got work permit on August 2005. when i applied for work permit the time period to apply for ILR was 4 years which was later increased to 5 years. now my question is that can i apply for ILR on a 4 years term policy or i will have to wait ...
