Re: Several passports of family members in one application

Following is the reply I received, Posting here so that it may help someone else If you are sending more than one application at the same time it is perfectly acceptable to send them all in one envelope (maximum of five in one envelope). However, please be aware that they will still be treated as se...

Several passports of family members in one application

Hi, I just asked a question on official website but then it told me on success that it will take 15 working days to get a reply. I was wondering if anyone has already experience of following couple of questions. I'm in no rush to get those passports and that is why not wishing to pay for check and s...

Applying a week earlier

Hi Experts, Need some advise here. As I've read from the common questions that once the dependent has received the ILR then s/he has to be in UK for 5 years to apply for Naturalization unless married to BC or under 18. My case is, dependants (Wife and 2 kids) joined me in UK on 8th of April 2011. We...

Re: Your visa application @ Abu Dhabi (Ref:1234567)

Hi Everyone,
I just received the email and my brother-in-law received the text to collect documents of my Mother-in-law's visit visa. Just want to know if my brother-in-law can collect the documents or it has to be my Mother-in-law personally?

Thanks in advance

Re: Dependent ILR English Requirement PBS Calculator

As my original post states I don't get degree points for my dependent when I use the same date as of my initial EC because at that time the minimum required was Masters degree but I do get English language points. So, questions are Can I use PBC print out without degree points and just only English ...

Re: Dependent ILR English Requirement PBS Calculator

Yes, I noticed I was using PBC as Tier 1 but when I used PBC as Tier 2 then there is no such option for degree points. Only English language points and my defendant is securing that. As Tier 2 migrant the choices are only Sponsorship => 0 Salary => 0 English => 10 Maintenance => 10 In the other thre...

Re: Dependent ILR English Requirement PBS Calculator

After reading this thread, I'm now pretty much clear on following for dependants

If degree is either bachelor, master or phd and available in PBC awarding English language points 10 then the PBC printout is ok to present. Reference

Please correct me if I misunderstood.

Re: Dependent ILR English Requirement PBS Calculator

I just double checked that PBS Calculator is not giving the degree points with those dates but gives 10 points for English. So, Is this going to be acceptable?

Dependent ILR English Requirement PBS Calculator

Hi Everyone, As I can see from lots of other threads that if dependents Degree is showing up in PBS Calculator and giving 30 points of degree and 10 points of English then it will be acceptable by UKBA (No need of anything else, correct me if I misunderstood). But, I have a different case which is (...

If your decision is late, you can still apply for your dependents separately but do specify in the forms of dependents that main applicant is waiting for decision. A cover letter with dependents application will be good too with all the main applicant's information like name, dob, visa reference num...

Normally salary slips are like this as you mentioned especially from such companies which use other umbrella companies to handle payroll.
I think your salary slips will be ok if they are matching with your bank statement.

Lets see if someone has experienced using such salary slips in this forum.

You don't even need to submit these things if the dependants are already in UK. If you even send these it will be fine.

Main applicant applying seperately than dependants

Hi Respected Members, Apology if this has already been answered. I'm on Tier 1 General with three dependents. I just need confirmation that dependants can apply for extension separately (without any valid reason - except saving some money) while main applicant has already applied for Tier 1 General ...
