Re: Exceptionally complex issues??

I got approved 1 month after I received the "exceptionally complex issues" letter. This is a generic letter HO sends out when they need more time. Not sure it has anything to do with the application itself.

Re: May 2015 Naturalization Application TIMELINE ONLY

A very stressful and disappointing wait. 7 months and 4 days today. Right now, all I want is an answer...any answer, just for this ridiculous unjustifiable wait to be over.

Best of luck to all those waiting, and well done to those who were approved.

Re: June 2015 Naturalization Application TIMELINE ONLY

Totally share Ziuta's frustration. Going through exactly same excruciating wait. How hard can an application be? Give me a phone and a computer with an internet connection I will verify everything within 1 week, and not for £1005 but for less than £100.

Re: Exceptionally complex issues??

These "exceptionally complex issues" letters are more common than I first thought. A few people in April got their approvals shortly after. Technically, if there was an issue for more clarification and proof we would have heard by now. It seems that it is just a way to buy them more time. It's impos...

Re: Exceptionally complex issues??

We can only speculate what the "exceptionally complex issues" are. From what I have read, it's a standard format they use when they are running out of time or when a MP makes an enquiry. It might not have anything to do with the ins and outs of the application. The fact the my application raises "ex...

Re: May 2015 Naturalization Application TIMELINE ONLY

Good day everyone. First of all my time line I applied on 13 May. Method: NCS. Acknowledgment: 4th June. Biometrics received and done on 4th June. The main issue now is that I signed a guarantor for someone and he left without paying his rent and I didn't know. Since I had moved hhouse the lettings...

Not sure of the system they use but it does seem that Tier 1 and British spouses are being dealt with now. Had my biometrics done on 4 June and still no decision.

No additional proof is required. As long as 1 year have passed since you acquired the PR you should be fine!!

Re: HO post April 2015 stats?

They couldn't have made it more confusing!! For example...Quote: "There were 112,407 decisions about British citizenship, 40% fewer than in the previous year (188,910). Correspondingly, there were 42% fewer people granted British citizenship (-75,908 to 105,043). This was the lowest annual figure si...

Re: CCJ after Naturalisation Application

Spoke to a couple solicitors and wrote a letter to HO. I informed them of the change of circumstances and that the CCJ is being taken care of. Called the HO and they told me that I did the right thing and that it shouldn't have any negative effect on the outcome...providing that everything else is i...
