hi john

thank you for your reply but i want to know what going to happen to her 3 years DL leave? can we wait when the 3 years is about to expire to lodge an apllication with form FLR(M) which i suppose mean Further Leave to remain.
what your advice.

you can apply in december 2009 depending on the date your 5 years were issue. eg if your 1st 5 yeras stamp was dated 10 december 2003 then you apply on the 11 december2009.

your uncle story its exactly as mine. so can you please update me on his application outcome so i will just follow his route.
the thing is that i will have 2 passport british + my home country.
