hey ritswaney,

If she has not been in for 2 years i think the general advice was to go for FLR(M) after your ILR.

Hi wpilr_nov12,

Thats exactly my query, i didnt look at the policy before, so was the continuous word present in document previously( refering to FAQ Q12) or does the word refer to the leave granted and not the stay actually.

Hi Lucapooka,

Thanks for the advice. Sorry I didnt mean to create confusion. Its just the FAQ read no mention of continuous and the policy did. Already loosing sleep as the days are nearing!! so you reckon, it should be fine? I have decided to go ahead with my application anyways.

Regards,

Tier 1 - Dependant-child - online appliction -india-urgent

Hi Friends, I am a bit stuck at section 6 of the online application form for a Tier 1 Dependent child. Hi nolada,

Thanks for the reply. Barclays is reluctant to stamp the statements. So my only option is to use the statements from the account manager. They have the logo and my name. Hope that is enough, but they are on a normal black and white print.

Hi Chakri,

Congrats on the success!!! Did you spouse get the ILR too. How come they did not question the 2 year completion? My wife has a gap for the 2 yr completion so the UKBA advised to go for the FLR(M) instead.
