Yes, she can visit; no she can't switch. Her ties to home will be under scrutiny if she hopes to be granted a visit visa. Thank you for your reply. She is waiting to sit some exams back home next year so she is going to use that as a reason why she wants to just come as a visitor to the UK for now ...

You can inform HO if you wish for your change of your address. I don't understand why you need to inform/report Police for that? And I dont understand why he needs to inform any of them?
