Re: BC ceremony at different council

Thanks for replying. Those are exactly my thoughts. It would've been better if I could just take the approval letter and go to any council and they could verify it and give me an appointment. The councils seem to favour private ceremonies since this is a revenue generation stream in this era of aust...

BC ceremony at different council

Hi, Is it possible to do the ceremony at another council quicker? Have been given a wait of 8 weeks for the ceremony while I have seen people get it done within a week. Would like to apply for passport since travel is on the way. HO approval was quicker! Private ceremony cost is closer to £350 so we...

Form AN + docs list

Hi, Limited Company Director applying for Naturalisation via NCS. I've read some of advice threads but they have become too long to go through all. Form AN questions: Q1) Address of Employer will be Limited Company address. Yes/No? Q2) Yes/No? - Employment History : I'm inclined to put the limited c...

NCS advantages compared to applying directly

Hi, For citizenship applications, Form MN-1 and Form AN, does the optional NCS service have any advantages over applying directly to Home Office? You get the original documents back at the same time for NCS. Other than that is there any clear advantage? Are applications processed faster if one takes...

In case anyone faces the same difficult situation like me if you have to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, there is NO phone number to call. You have to send an email to ApplyOnlineE-Support@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk and ask them to cancel. You should get an email within 24 hours informing you...

Re: ILR apply up to 28 days before 5 years completion

Perfect, thank you very much.

I was looking for something in the immigration rules etc. But it's in the form!

My maximum period of absence for a single trip from the UK is around 50 days and I plan to put in a letter + dig up the flight itinerary and attach it to the letter.

Thanks!

Thanks!

I will consider the Gross dividend amount then. This is to keep it consistent with Gross Salary.

I have asked the accountant to add the details. He is preparing the letter!

Thanks for your reply! :)

ExtensionDividend: GrossNet, InvoiceSummary, PaySlipStamping

1) Is dividend amount that we consider gross or net? I.E. x * (10/9) = y So can we claim points for y or x? I could be conservative and claim for x. I know for salary it has been mentioned Gross Salary is considered, but not sure for dividends. 2) Invoice Summary: What sort of information should the...

Current job market -- Java

I saw those statistics on that website. Has the job market recently improved? I have a tier1 visa and am debating whether to drop by a couple of weeks in end-November or wait until January or do both. I have applied to lots of Java jobs (jobsite, reed, CWjobs), but haven't had even a phone interview...
