Got my approval today dated 24/06/2015 . applied on 12/02/2015.

10 years + 1 year ILR

Wife applied in March and got approval in 2 weeks. Mine took almost 4+ months :( :( but at the end its done and dusted.

Well first cong for Tier210 for success. My appointment was at 8 and by 9 i was out with approval so probablly didn't see you there.

Better your husband submit previous years tax return before applying for ILR. There will be interest charge on whatever outstanding tax liability is. Plus £100 penalty for late returns as well.

Sorry i am not sure about 30 months rule and to be honest i didnt know myself. But i have gone today personally and it proved successful. No additional document or verbal explanation needed. Case worker just came to return my document with approval.

Tangency agreement is acceptable. I showed 2 of them under joint name. But I has to be either on your name or spouse or in joint name.

Well I will try to skip FLR (M) at peo if possible (it does work some time). I am on ILR (long residence) and she joined me in 2009 as PBS Dependent (Post Study Work - Dependent).
