he has already done and will get his passport this week, but the thing is his visa is expiring in late july so wud home office issue him a visa for 6 weeks or less than that?

via was issued in uk bye home office and currently he is in uk

Mr Tanvirkhan dont listen ti ajmal as he one of dearly beloved who won,t want to help others or give them nice advice u shud take ur chance n come back.Possibilities r if they check ur record they ll not deport u straight away n if u hv got some kind of evidence then who knows but i ll sugges u 2 ta...

if he receives letter from ho recently then probably they gonna give him visa otherwise y did they need da passport alongwid pics,also might be they ll detain his passport and ask him to get da ticket n leave da country its a bit complicated

their shud be a req. balance in it n thats it all other things r irrelevent

The thing is if student studied at any college and paid them fee and later on Ho declared them as bodus they have got every right 2 go 2 court or whatever coz how can Ho ruined people life like this. They have given these colleges a permission to run and if something happend y wud they only accused ...

not necesserily ur joint accont would be okay just read home office guidence regarding funds u shud be fine if u use joint account but make sure ur name wud cover da whole 3 months period 4 bank statement
