my case was delayed for more than 14 weeks, had to call them at the UKBA number every week, the replies were brief and no info until they said a parcel has been sent.

Back dated ILR

Thank you the information is helpful and reassuring. I should have had my ILR 1 year ago if the rules had not changed . I have been told on the sites like hsmp forum and ukba to write them a letter to get a back dated ILR signed. Is there another option-to ring and get an appointment as i am due to ...
