I had Toeic FTT hearing on 15th of Nov2017 and appeal was allowed on 6th of Dec. last week received a letter from post Decision Casework Team saying they are going to implement the Tribunals decision. l

I'm in the same situation like u applied for ILR in nov2015 got rejected in 2016 June, finally appeal was allowed on 6th of DEc, last week got a letter from the post-decision casework unit saying they gonna implement the Tribunal decision soon.

u dont need to bother abt that i was in the same situation from last oct when ever i called the HO they always say "under consideration or further consideration" finally last week i got the visa

if u studied at BIC and gained the PSW mean their won't be any problem

applied 1st week of oct, from OBC
got the visa 7th july2009 to 7thjuly 2011

if have any money outside the uk with in those date i think you will be ok to go for the appeal other wise you have to leave uk and make a fresh application out side uk
