3 years waiting for an answer for irish citzenship ... applied nov 2007

im goin to get to my TD soon, this is becoming a joke now. People who know a gardai or any immigration officier get it within 18 months .


Anybody advice .. what to do .. if you were waiting for 3 years?

applied in dec 07...

my stamp 4 will expire soon, i applied for stamp5 and they rejected it...

the department didnt look at my cover letter for the stamp 5 so they decided to rejected it...

what should i do?

I find it hard to believe they took his passport because in Ireland they don't have chip system on passport (won't know how long the person was out of country ) unless someone told the INIS department about him and plus another thing the immigration take months for feedbacks.

Citzenship

My application nearly 3 years now and not a single response from them in last 2 years. One of the worse immigration system in the world. If i applied as a asylum i would had the citzenship by now. Now i have no job so my application is delayed for another year.

After approval it should be within 6 weeks. Most of the time its 7 weeks.

Citzenship

As far i know, it does affect in your case because your depending on the state when your getting the dole. If your paper work in the application is solid so you might get away with it.

i dont think if your on stamp 3 for five years they will give you stamp 4 if you have been out of the country for even a week or sumthing...

i find out 2day that if your on stamp 3, you can go college if they let you and you don't need to get stamp 2. when you enroll in college you can stay on stamp 3.

looking at post everyday because ... why would u care ...u tink im on dis to boost my counters..
