I used hammersmith NCS but had my ceremoney at hillsborrough castle/estate........but you have to mention your preference at NCS otherwise they put u in for that council by default!(nearly did that to me glad i asked at the end of NCS consultation)

Hi there I had a police caution and did not need to declare on the form(caution was in 2006) as I applied in october. But unfortunately I think the new laws state that if you have a caution within last 3 years you won't be approved!

Quite a few weeks and no sign of any kind of approval at all. I am From NI so atleast hoped to get the letter asking for special NI police clearance by this time.............but none :(........getting a bit impatient(applied 3rd week of october)
