I am not an expert but don't think this will be an issue as long as you can proof that you are living together by 6 documents from 3 different sources corresponds to the same address. You can mention in your cover letter that due to work commitment, you need to stay in city B for 3-4 days in a week ...

Thanks mate. Sorry forgot to mention my ilr date. It was on 31Mar2010 so used the old one. As for dates, I first entered on a WP in 2005 so had put that.

Hi Vipul,

They were specific about P60 as that is how they check your continuity. I also submitted tax letter from HMRC and it was all fine. Best of luck for yours.

Called home office and explained about incorrect arrival stamp. They told me that case worker will consider boarding pass/ticket as a valid document.
